đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years managing engineers âą 10+ years of overall industry experience building production software âą Strong backend foundation (databases, cloud services, APIs) âą Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain engineers âą Track record of building a strong engineering culture âą Emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, fostering inclusivity âą Must be fluent in English.

âą Base Salary: $200,000 âą Bonus at Target Performance: 15% (~$30,000) âą Estimated Total Compensation at Target: $230,000+ âą Annual Benefits Stipend: ~$33,427
