• Own initial stock allocation across five stores and ecommerce • Provide assortment and intake planning signals to Product / Buying • Drive replenishment and determine where fast-selling product needs additional depth • Recommend inter-store stock transfers to correct understock, overstock and broken availability • Manage store capacity planning • Monitor size and SKU-level availability, including broken size curves and missing core sizes • Analyse sell-through, weeks of cover, stock turn, rate of sale and ageing • Own the recurring weekly inventory merchandising rhythm • Produce prioritised allocation, replenishment, transfer, store-capacity and reorder actions • Maintain stock-action queues and track execution with Warehouse Operations and Retail • Improve stock productivity across physical retail and ecommerce • Operate, QA and interrogate the existing inventory model • Identify model exceptions or logic weaknesses and work with the Founder and Business Systems & Technology Operations to improve decision logic • Create measurable improvements in stock availability, best-seller capture, replenishment speed, stock turn, aged-stock reduction, capacity productivity, stock balance, buying signals, action execution and inventory-model reliability • Reduce routine inventory decisions' dependence on Founder involvement
• Strong hands-on inventory merchandising experience • Experience with assortment, option or range planning, including translating category performance and capacity into intake recommendations • Store capacity planning experience • Multi-store stock allocation experience • Replenishment ownership experience • Inter-store stock balancing experience • Sell-through, stock-cover and stock-turn analysis • Size / SKU-level availability management • Experience turning analysis into specific commercial stock actions • Experience across both physical retail and ecommerce • Overstock, understock and ageing management • Ability to make sound merchandising decisions where data is incomplete or conflicting • High confidence working directly in large, formula-driven Excel models • Ability to navigate complex workbooks, trace and understand formulas, distinguish raw inputs, calculated fields and manual overrides, and use lookups, pivots, filters and conditional logic • Ability to troubleshoot formula or output issues and safely maintain existing models without breaking downstream logic • Comfort using, understanding, interrogating and safely improving an established operating model • Fashion or apparel experience strongly preferred • Closely comparable multi-store specialty retail experience may be considered where allocation, replenishment, capacity, SKU-level and omnichannel experience is unusually strong • Comfortable using AI as a practical working tool while retaining responsibility for commercial merchandising judgement and validating outputs • Must work substantially within UK business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm UK time
