📋 Description
• Provide operational oversight of coding personnel. • Ensure compliance with SOW requirements, performance standards, and quality benchmarks. • Assign and balance workload across coding staff. • Conduct coding calibration sessions. • Review complex or ambiguous records. • Monitor productivity and timeliness metrics. • Coordinate with QA Lead on performance trends. • Support staffing continuity and surge activation.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years experience in occupational coding or data processing. • Supervisory experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of NAICS/SOC classification frameworks. • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
