📋 Description

• Specifies market requirements for current and future products or solutions by conducting market research supported by client engagement sessions. • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with internal and external audiences. • Identifies and creates demand for solutions that drive sales and ensures the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates. • Develop and document standard best practices, templates and technical guides. • Contribute to updating and maintaining the practice portfolios and associated sales documentation. • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively sell the product. • Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market plans. • Work closely with primary and secondary partners/vendors to understand their strategies and maintain relationships. • Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and communication strategies. • Monitor and analyze the performance of go-to-market initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. • Contribute to the development of technical training and training programs and facilitate practitioner or delivery training activities. • Lead and promote knowledge sharing of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients. • Develop relationships with key clients and attend strategic client meetings to support the account teams. • Take ownership of translating opportunities into solutions and contributing to design and configuration requirements related to client proposals, including SoW. • Oversee the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of complexity and guide the solution roadmap and milestones. • Identify areas of improvements for user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development and ensure compliance to process and policy governance. • Take ownership of user support, troubleshooting, design, configuration and escalated problem management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business or a related field. • SAFe Agile or Program or Project Management certification(s) is desirable. • Relevant technical vendor / technology certification(s) is essential. • Significant experience in a similar role within a related technology environment. • Significant experience working across multiple technological domains. • Ability to create sales and technical presentations and documentation. • Presenting and Collaboration experience. • Project management experience is required. • Product Marketing experience is required. • Significant experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutions. • Extended understanding of IT industry environment and business needs. • Extended knowledge of market, verticals, horizontals, business administration and business change. • Extended ability to lead technical design workshops with the client and internal business stakeholders. • Extended technical, quantitative and analytical capabilities. • Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously. • Passion for learning about new industry trends and technology advancements.
