📋 Description

• Quantum Strides LLC is seeking a seasoned UI Architect / Lead to drive the front-end design and implementation of two core platforms. • A Conversational AI product (Q'Bot) with multi-channel, voice, and IWMS-integrated capabilities. • A User Security Group and License Management SaaS platform for managing users, entitlements, token usage, and license analytics. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape responsive, secure, and scalable UIs, integrate with AWS and Identity Providers, and lead teams to deliver pixel-perfect and performance-optimized front-end solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in UI/UX engineering with at least 3 years in a lead/architect role. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Tailwind CSS. • Experience with AWS UI integration services: Cognito, Transcribe, Lex, Lambda. • Familiarity with OAuth2, SSO, and IdP systems like Okta, AD, or AWS Cognito. • Knowledge of conversational UI/UX principles, chatbot frameworks, and speech interface design. • Experience in building dashboards, analytics tools, and admin consoles. • Strong grasp of accessibility (ADA), responsive design, and multi-device testing. • Experience with IWMS systems and facility management software integrations. • Voice-first UI/UX experience (mobile, smart speakers, etc.). • Prior work in SaaS multi-tenant environments with license management features.
