📋 Description

• Own end-to-end configuration of Workday HCM modules, including business processes, security, organisations, and calculated fields • Manage bi-annual Workday releases from prototyping through deployment • Build and maintain reporting suites, including board-level reporting • Provide P&C, Finance, and business leaders with actionable insight • Own data quality through regular audits and proactive gap-checking • Use Workday tools to provide guardrails and guidance to users • Share knowledge across the Workday team • Maintain clear documentation and champion best practices • Partner closely with the Workday team, P&C, and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Workday professional • Solid hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM across multiple modules • Experience with business processes, security, and calculated fields • Payroll, time tracking, and absence experience ideally, but not essential • Experience building advanced and matrix reports and dashboards • Experience with board-level presentation of data • Meticulous, audit-minded approach to data integrity • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across P&C and Finance • Ability to translate technical detail clearly
