📋 Description

• Document current order-to-cash processes and help review new SAP workflows • Participate in SAP design workshops and capture requirements, questions and action items • Write and run system integration, user acceptance and regression test scripts • Test sales orders, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, credits and EDI • Log and track defects through resolution and retesting • Validate migrated customer records, ship-to locations, pricing, payment terms and EDI settings • Test EDI and 3PL/warehouse integrations, including 850, 855, 856, 810 and 846 transactions • Document requirements for major retailers including Walmart, Target, Ulta, Walgreens, CVS and Amazon • Support cutover, go-live and early post-launch activities • Build SOPs, training materials and job aids

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in customer operations, order management, supply chain or ERP support • Strong knowledge of order-to-cash: orders, customer master data, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing • Intermediate to advanced Excel • Strong documentation, follow-up and problem-solving skills • SAP S/4HANA or SAP SD (order-to-cash) experience, or experience supporting an SAP implementation preferred • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience highly desirable • Testing experience: test scripts, user acceptance testing, defect tracking • EDI and 3PL/warehouse system experience • CPG, beauty or personal care, or retail experience with big-box retailer compliance
