📋 Description

• Responsible for analyzing and detailing improvement requests, incidents, and requisitions; prioritizing, classifying, and documenting systems; monitoring, testing, and controlling the operational activities of maintenance/support teams. • Respond to and resolve user requests, providing technical support. • Understand requests and assess their complexity and priority. • Clarify/detail problems or requests to objectively define what must be done. • Identify and record issues that generate recurring requests. • Interact with the CLIENT's units to collaborate on incident and problem resolution. • Assign tasks to developers, DBAs, and architects on the team. • Collaborate with software architects in designing effective solutions. • Maintain a consistent and up-to-date knowledge base. • Participate in meetings to align requirements and prioritize activities. • Approve/validate changes made to the system. • Work to resolve impediments blocking requests. • Perform software tests to ensure that applied fixes do not affect other system functionalities. • Create and maintain documentation and technical procedures. • Maintain minimum service levels within established agreements (SLAs). • Document and keep records of activities performed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a university degree in any field with postgraduate studies in Information Technology. • Proven experience in systems analysis services within development or maintenance/support projects. • Requirements Analysis: Ability to gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis. • Documentation Preparation: Ability to create detailed documents such as requirements lists, functional and non-functional specifications, and business model canvases, ensuring clarity and accuracy. • Process modeling experience, including knowledge of BPMN. • Having any of the following certifications will be a plus: • COBIT certification • IT Service Management (ITIL) certification • PMI Business Analysis certification • UML Professional certification • Azure DevOps certification • Data Analysis certification • Team Leadership certification • Change Management certification • Risk Management (CRISC) certification • Business Analysis (CBAP) certification • Requirements Engineering certification
