📋 Description

• Drive consistent revenue growth by owning regional outside sales team performance and results • Coach team members hands-on and provide real-time feedback • Build a predictable sales pipeline and accelerate deal momentum • Attract, develop and retain top sales talent • Improve positioning of the Genius® platform with clients • Shape territory strategy to improve execution and win rates • Use Atlas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to improve visibility, track performance and support decisions • Spend up to 75% of time in the field building connections, developing talent and driving results

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success leading an outside sales team • At least four years of leadership experience • Ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve and exceed targets • Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results • High energy, competitive drive and focus on measurable outcomes • Ability to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance • Comfort spending up to 75% of time in the field • Valid driver’s license • Residence within the territory • Sales leadership experience in fintech payments, POS, and SaaS is a bonus
