📋 Description

• Administer the partner integration and go-live process, including project managing systems integration between partner, third parties and Global Payments • Provide technical leadership across ecom & f2f channels and all geographic markets, with in-depth technical & business knowledge of payment acceptance processes and associated services • Interact and provide consultative services to new and existing partners with respect to implementing and configuring Global Payments products & services (approx. 90% of time) • Collaborate with Global Sales Engineering to effect a seamless handoff and assume full responsibility for solutioning and all technical aspects of partner relationships • Develop in-depth knowledge of GP products through research and testing; proactively maintain accurate product & services knowledge • Test new solution release applications and provide proof-of-concept ideas to partners and clients • Produce clear and precise documentation for clients based on business and functional requirements for successful deployment • Provide proposal support to the sales team; lead completion of business, technical and functional sections of RFI and RFP documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Minimum) • Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Exp • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Science, Engineering or Computing (preferred) • Experience of working in the payments industry, preferably ecommerce, mobile, payment security & risk management • Ability to test basic code in mainstream languages and scripting knowledge of using HTML & JavaScript • Project management of partner integration and go-live processes • Experience producing documentation based on business and functional requirements • Experience providing proposal support and completing technical sections of RFI and RFP documents • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
