🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a similar role. • Proficiency with analytics and CRO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO). • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices is preferred. • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies is preferred. • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
