📋 Description

• Receive and make calls to promote and sell Globe Life Insurance products to new and existing customers • Provide consultative sales support to match customers with products that best meet their needs • Sell insurance products to new and existing customers • Handle inbound calls and make follow-up calls • Close business and generate revenue for the company • Close new accounts primarily via telephone or email • Work rotating schedules, including weekday and Saturday shifts as specified

🎯 Requirements

• High school or equivalent • Sales, Insurance, and/or Call Center experience is a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with technology, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to speak clearly and have an excellent phone voice • Self-motivated team player, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed • Confident and passionate • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask by talking, using technology, and listening • Excellent work ethic • Reliable and predictable attendance of assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
