• Be the first point of contact for new customers (via chat, email or phone). • Support SIM activations, contract activations and the start of new plans. • Assist with porting requests, number transfers and technical activation questions. • Accurately perform data updates, service requests and contract starts in our systems. • Clearly explain the next steps when an activation cannot be completed immediately. • Use your sales affinity to recommend and place suitable add‑ons on an inbound basis.
