📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for new customers (via chat, email or phone). • Support SIM activations, contract activations and the start of new plans. • Assist with porting requests, number transfers and technical activation questions. • Accurately perform data updates, service requests and contract starts in our systems. • Clearly explain the next steps when an activation cannot be completed immediately. • Use your sales affinity to recommend and place suitable add‑ons on an inbound basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a customer advisor or in customer service, with demonstrable sales experience, is essential. • Strong German language skills, ideally native level, both written and spoken. • Quick learner with a preference for working independently. • Solid PC/computer skills and reliable data handling. • Enjoy interacting with customers and working in a 100% remote environment within a lively digital community. • A stable internet connection and a quiet home office workspace are required.
