📋 Description

• You advise and actively sell over the phone and by e-mail — always inbound-driven, but with clear sales targets. • You prepare tailored offers, send them by e-mail or post and see them through to completion. • You assist customers with switching from legacy devices to modern, radio-based metering systems. • You answer questions about device options, pricing, delivery times and benefits, confidently guiding customers to a “yes.” • When necessary, you place short, targeted outbound follow-up calls (e.g., following up on offers or clarifying open issues).

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to close deals • Some prior sales experience or, alternatively, the talent and motivation to quickly get started • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C2) • Quick comprehension, initiative and strong closing skills • Confident use of PCs, e‑mail clients and, ideally, CRM systems • A stable internet connection and a quiet home office workspace
