📋 Description

• You optimize our workflows: With a strong eye for detail, you analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements that save time and reduce costs • You oversee multiple studios on-site: As a mobile point of contact, you regularly visit our different locations, coach the teams, ensure consistent standards, and step in hands-on when needed • You track performance metrics: You regularly prepare KPI reports, derive actionable recommendations, and present them to senior management to keep us on course • You manage inventory & supply chains: Together with the procurement team, you ensure materials and products are available on time—without creating overstock • You develop standards & training: You create SOPs, conduct trainings, and support new colleagues so that processes run smoothly across all locations • You work hands-on in day-to-day operations: Whether it’s operational escalations, ad-hoc analyses, or setting up new tools—you roll up your sleeves and keep operations running • You support leadership strategically: On budget, forecast and scaling matters, you assist the Head of Operations with data, presentations and your own ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Initial practical experience in an operations environment—e.g., through studies (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics Management) or relevant internships; motivated career changers with a clear process mindset are also welcome • Analytical strength & affinity for numbers—you enjoy KPIs, work data-driven, and quickly identify optimization opportunities • Hands-on mentality—rather than theorizing, you get things done, find pragmatic solutions and test them directly in operations • Passion for tattoo & piercing culture—you feel comfortable in this creative environment, can relate to our artists & customers, and bring that enthusiasm into daily work • Structured, independent working style—you plan projects methodically, keep deadlines in view and stay focused under time pressure • Communication & team skills—you speak the language of production, procurement, customer service and management, build strong relationships and moderate conflicts confidently • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken, to communicate confidently with international suppliers, customers and stakeholders • IT affinity—proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus • Eagerness to learn and develop—you want to take on responsibility quickly and grow with us
