📋 Description

• Help expand the Legal function in collaboration with the Operations team • Review, negotiate, and further develop contracts, including IT services agreements, framework agreements, NDAs, data processing agreements (DPAs), procurement agreements, and cooperation agreements • Provide support on data protection matters and implement related requirements • Further develop contract templates, policies, and internal standards • Support compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives • Design workflows, tools, and processes for contract management, deadline tracking, and documentation • Coordinate interfaces between Legal and business functions such as Sales • Leverage modern AI technologies to automate and scale legal processes • Develop intelligent Legal Agents for a range of use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree in law or an equivalent legal qualification • Initial relevant professional experience in contract law, IT law, data protection, commercial law, or compliance • Excellent German and English language skills • Structured, independent, and reliable working style • Willingness to work with and interest in modern technologies and AI systems • Ideally, initial experience with Legal Ops, Legal Tech, Copilot, AI applications, or process automation—or a strong interest in developing further in this area • Ability to take ownership and find pragmatic solutions
