📋 Description

• Provide audiological and technical support to customers through hearing aid fitting assistance, product information, and troubleshooting • Support current and discontinued product lines across multiple software platforms and programming interfaces • Solve software and hardware issues • Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality Engineering, Product Management, Research and Development, Software Engineering, and Sales • Report and escalate software and product discrepancies and assist in resolving them • Conduct internal product and software training with local training teams and Product Management • Work with Sales, Training, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams to optimize sales efforts • Document customer interactions in company-designated systems • Act as an audiologic support and training resource for internal and external customers • Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and complete product-related training • Participate in short-term technical projects • Follow company policies, safety practices, performance expectations, and confidentiality requirements • Establish and maintain positive work relationships with staff, customers, and business partners • Take personal initiative for technical and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology • State Licensure, CCC-A, or equivalent • 2 + yrs experience in clinical Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing • Experience with GN products preferred • Hearing aid manufacturing and/or industry experience preferred • Up to 10% travel • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills • Strong fitting and dispensing skills • Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability and creative thinking strategies • Ability to cover and shift between a multitude of tasks • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills • Work hours of 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Central time
