• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our sales team. • The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via cold calls, introducing our products or services, and generating sales or leads. • This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude. • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers. • Introduce the company’s products/services in a clear and engaging manner. • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or offers. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. • Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings if required. • Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Handle customer questions and objections professionally. • Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.
