• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. • Expert proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Proven ability to lead through influence, collaborating with peers and executive leadership to drive business success. • Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, • Exceptional analytical and Excel skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights. • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of influencing executive-level decision-making. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders. • Proficiency with SQL, Looker, Alteryx, or similar tools. • Familiarity with pharmacy economics within retail pharmacy, PBM, or pharmaceutical environments.
