📋 Description

• Own outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative multi-touch sequences • Research target accounts and write personalized outreach for logistics and freight decision-makers • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and book meetings for Account Executives • Keep your pipeline and activity data clean and up to date in our CRM • Test new messaging, share what's working (and what's not), and help sharpen the team's playbook • Hit your weekly and monthly pipeline targets—and push past them

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or any role that involved a lot of outbound communication • You're competitive by nature and genuinely want to win • Strong written and verbal communication—you can write a cold email that actually gets a reply • Comfortable on the phone and not rattled by rejection • Organized and self-motivated—you don't need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done • Curious about AI and excited by what it means for a massive industry like logistics • Bonus Points For: • - Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain • - Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, or Clay • - Time spent at an early-stage startup or high-growth SaaS company
