• Assist a small but mighty legal team with a wide range of legal issues, including but not limited to: • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements. • The development of templates, policies and procedures and other aspects of legal operations. • Dispute resolution and litigation. • Identifying legal and business risks and providing strategic, practical and creative legal and business advice. • A variety of projects, as needed, including corporate governance, IP, marketing reviews, data privacy, product counseling, employment and more.
