📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery • Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders at all levels • Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Build and lead cross-functional project teams • Foster collaboration and accountability while mentoring junior project managers and team members • Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues • Develop mitigation strategies and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track • Establish and track key performance indicators • Provide regular status updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders • Manage project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and return on investment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 7+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is plus • Agile/Scrum certification is strongly preferred • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels • Proven experience managing project budgets of $1M+ • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
