• 12+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, or Chief of Staff roles. • Track record of improving Finance operational excellence, including faster close processes, scalable systems, and operational rigor. • Exceptional program and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive accountability and results. • Strong understanding of finance team operating models, team structures and planning processes. • Experience with public company readiness or operating in a US public company environment (IPO experience a plus). • Strong communication skills — able to represent the CFO effectively and distill complexity into clarity. • Executive presence combined with a willingness to get into the details. • Strong analytical ability — you use data to identify opportunities, measure progress, and influence decisions. • Thrives in ambiguity and excels at creating structure and focus. • Curious about AI and automation tools and eager to apply them to improve Finance operations. • Bias towards action and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
