📋 Description

• HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform that empowers marketing agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to elevate their digital presence and drive growth. • We currently have ~1200 employees across 15 countries, working remotely as well as in our headquarters, which is located in Dallas, Texas. • Our goal as an employer is to maintain a strong company culture, foster creativity and collaboration, and encourage a healthy work-life balance for our employees wherever they call home. • HighLevel Inc. is looking for a Lead SDET with 8-10 years of experience to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our products.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Performance, Reliability, and Scalability testing • Strong skills in capturing, analyzing, and optimizing performance metrics • Expertise in performance testing tools such as Locust, Gatling, k6, etc. • Experience working with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and setting up performance testing environments • Knowledge of CI/CD deployments and integrating performance testing into pipelines • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (New Relic, AppDynamics, Prometheus, etc.) • Strong knowledge of JVM monitoring, thread analysis, and RESTful services • Experience in optimising frontend performance and API performance • Ability to deploy applications in Kubernetes and troubleshoot environment issues • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively • Experience in increasing application/service availability from 99.9% (three 9s) to 99.99% or higher (four/five 9s)
