📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of experience testing web applications or B2B SaaS platforms •Proven experience leading quality initiatives or mentoring peers, improving team efficiency •Strong product sense with the ability to influence roadmap decisions •Expertise in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.) and building scalable suites •Experience with API testing, performance/load validation, and scalable test design •Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments •Ability to debug complex distributed systems •Deep understanding of architecture, databases, and integrations—beyond just functional testing •Customer-centric approach—connecting support insights and real user needs to quality strategy •Excellent communication skills for clear alignment with stakeholders •Contributions to internal QA tools, shared libraries, or open-source test frameworks
