📋 Description

• Build and manage B2B partnerships across retail, luxury, consumer electronics, automotive, travel, fintech, and other segments. • Conduct outreach, market research, and strategic targeting of brands across North America, Europe, LATAM, and Asia. • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → negotiation → deal structuring → closing. • Present product value to decision-makers (C-level, Heads of Loyalty, Heads of Growth, Partnership Directors). • Develop tailored loyalty and incentive solutions based on digital miners. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and integrations teams to launch and support partnerships. • Maintain accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and CRM hygiene. • Represent GoMining in partner calls, business meetings, industry events, and external communications. • Contribute to long-term strategy and help scale the B2B sales organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience. • Strong experience building deals with mid-size and enterprise clients. • Confidence in approaching senior stakeholders across multiple industries. • Strong personal network and ability to open doors through relationship-driven outreach. • Ability to structure complex deals and tailor proposals for different business models. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently, manage full pipeline, and deliver measurable revenue. • English C1 — required for global partner communication. • Experience in loyalty, fintech, IT, SaaS, retail partnerships, or growth ecosystems is a plus.
