📋 Description

• Develop and grow a world-class team of Brand and Product Designers. • Create design processes that champion an iterative, fast-paced, data-driven design philosophy. • Partner with Product leadership to craft a product vision. • Bring world-class design and brand taste to modernize community engagement tools. • Develop user research best practices and ensure consistent feedback loops. • Elevate Goodparty.org’s brand and visual identity. • Champion the use of AI across the team and set standards emphasizing velocity. • Obsess over the user experience and design accessible interfaces. • Maintain high empathy in all facets of team’s work.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading Design teams in a consumer internet company or a consumer-quality SaaS company. • Managed a team of at least 3 direct reports. • 3+ years as an individual contributor, totaling 5+ years of product design experience. • Highly skilled in responsive web design and native mobile applications. • Proficient with design tools like Figma, Maze, etc. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Strong User Research practices. • Strong communication skills and storytelling ability.
