📋 Description

• Proactively progress referencing applications and ensure reports are generated for customers in line with KPI measurements • Help tenants secure their dream homes by meeting and exceeding targets • Support customers accurately and diligently via phone, live chat, and email • Participate in an AI-assisted initial phone call as part of the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Contact Centre experience is essential • Previous experience working in a highly targeted and fast-moving contact centre is highly desirable • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling • Customer-centric mindset • Great attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies • Previous experience conducting credit or ID checks or working within the lettings industry is desirable • Highly organised with proven ability to prioritise effectively • Must have the right to work in the UK without restriction • Must pass a thorough referencing check via Experian before joining
