📋 Description
• Lead and execute a high-impact organizing program centered around economic security, affordability, and renewable energy • Build a dynamic volunteer base and manage a high-performing field team • Coordinate efforts to recruit, educate, and mobilize voters across the state • Develop and lead overall strategy centered on affordability, renewable energy, and cost of living issues in Pennsylvania • Ensure integration with GoodPower’s national training and analytics teams • Oversee engagement strategies that mobilize local communities in support of pro-renewable policies
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of organizing experience • Management of at least one statewide campaign • Keen understanding of Pennsylvania’s political landscape • Ability to translate clean energy and cost of living issues into local narratives • Experience managing high-performing teams • Proficiency in VAN, EveryAction or similar organizing data platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
