• Ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform, from onboarding through adoption and retention • Lead project launches, coordinate integrations, and build trusted relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio • Identify upsell opportunities and support the sales team in expanding existing accounts
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or project management • Strong experience in onboarding and customer development • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Fluent in English and fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, German, Polish • Good knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or Zendesk • Bonus: technical understanding of ERP / API / EDI integrations
