🎯 Requirements
• Strong sales experience with a track record of lead generation and closing deals • Excellent multitasking and communication skills in Russian, Lithuanian, or Ukrainian • Active P&C Producer License (required) • Experience with insurance or customer service is a plus • Bilingual in Russian, Lithuanian, or Ukrainian is a PLUS
