• Conduct the onboarding of new clients by diagnosing their business, defining the company's initial objectives, and designing initial strategies using the RD Station Marketing and/or RD Station CRM platforms, explaining key concepts of Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Sales through adaptive communication; • Empower clients by periodically monitoring their use of the platform during the implementation phase to maximize their results; • Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as a bridge between the client and the agency, including sales and support teams, to resolve issues and ensure implementation success; • Assist clients with tool setup, conducting meetings in an adaptive manner aligned with their needs and expectations; • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, coordinating schedules with clients and navigating objections in challenging scenarios.
• Previous experience in the Customer Success lifecycle, with mandatory exposure to Implementation/Onboarding • Knowledge of digital marketing (inbound marketing, lead qualification, buyer persona, buyer's journey, email marketing automation) • Experience with RD Station Marketing (RDSM) and RD Station CRM • Genuine interest in helping clients, with empathetic listening, effective teaching skills, and resilience in problem solving • Strong communication skills (adaptive communication, instructional teaching) • Knowledge of LLMs and practical proficiency applying them to the role
