📋 Description

• Own end-to-end operations for the brand • Lead the commercial build and serve as the authority on strategy, workflows, systems, vendors, and data supporting the brand • Define and lead the vision for commercial excellence • Drive operational performance by maintaining an integrated view of brand operations, tracking goals, and surfacing risks • Partner with senior functional leaders and the leadership team to align priorities, identify root causes, and resolve cross-functional issues • Challenge strategic assumptions and processes using evidence-based analysis; present recommendations to leadership • Lead research and intelligence activities, translating market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging trends into actionable recommendations • Direct matrixed cross-functional teams and external vendors on high-impact initiatives such as launch readiness and operating-model redesign, without formal direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Extensive experience in pharma/biotech commercial operations, brand management, consulting, or related commercial/strategic roles • Recognized expertise in integrating commercial strategy, data, systems, workflows, and vendors to drive brand performance across a commercial portfolio • Strategic and analytical problem-solving ability • Ability to see across functions, clarify complex issues, identify root causes, and translate evidence into actionable recommendations • High ownership and urgency; ability to work through ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and act when performance is at risk • Ability to align and challenge executive and senior cross-functional leaders without relying on authority • Curious, resilient, and constantly seeking better ways to operate and deliver results • Comfort with regular computer, device, and office-equipment use, clear communication, occasional movement, screen work, basic hand coordination, and sustained focus
