📋 Description
• Conduct workshops and interviews to fully understand business KPIs, needs, and decision-making processes. • Design and optimize semantic data models using Power BI (star and snowflake schemas). • Build advanced measures and calculations to address complex business questions. • Create clear, impactful, and user-friendly dashboards for non-technical audiences. • Partner with data engineering and QA teams to ensure data accuracy across sources and reports. • Monitor report performance, resolve bottlenecks in Power Query and DAX logic. • Train and support business users in BI tools adoption and self-service analytics.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles. • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, including Power Query (M) and DAX. • Hands-on experience with data modeling (star/snowflake). • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • High attention to detail and visual accuracy. • Nice to Have: PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification. • Knowledge of Azure Data tools (Synapse, Data Factory). • Experience in retail or consumer goods environments. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
