📋 Description

• Lead activities to reduce health, safety, security and environmental risk in line with Group and Site HSE Business Plans • Help review, develop and deliver HSE Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures and Training materials • Ensure site HSE policies, procedures and systems are adhered to effectively • Assist with accident/incident reporting and investigations • Assist with HSE audit programmes to ensure compliance with UK legislation and Gousto standards • Challenge unsafe behaviours appropriately and escalate accordingly • Support the site team in identifying and closing gaps in HSE standards • Conduct inventory checks of First Aid equipment • Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks • Report to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager • Support HSE programmes and initiatives for a safe and sustainable workplace serving approximately 500 colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Health & Safety Administrator or Coordinator • Previous experience working in a Warehouse, FMCG, Fulfilment or Factory environment • Passion, experience and genuine interest in health and safety matters • Experience of, and/or training in writing risk assessments/safe systems of work • Experience or knowledge of workplace transport and associated risks • Relevant professional H&S qualification is desirable, or willingness to work towards • Strong communication skills • Competent in the use of IT systems
