• Build and maintain trusted relationships with ag retailers across Nebraska • Be a steady, reliable partner to customers, offering timely communication, honest follow-through, and responsive support • Help ag retailers grow demand for our products by sharing insights and supporting their outreach to growers • Lead group meetings and training sessions with retailers and growers to promote knowledge and confidence in 98G and SO4 • Represent the company’s values in every interaction, with humility, consistency, and respect • Stay informed on local market dynamics, competitive activity, and seasonal trends • Provide accurate sales forecasts to help guide production and logistics planning • Communicate pricing, programs, and help manage customer contracts or product reservations • Work from a home office with regular travel throughout the territory • Participate in trade shows and quarterly team meetings
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (agriculture, business, or communications) • 5+ years of experience in ag input sales, ideally with specialty or value-added products • Deep understanding of ag retail and regional farming practices • Strong local network and professional presence within Nebraska ag communities • Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business tools • Valid driver’s license (vehicle stipend and fuel card provided)
