📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers to uncover growth and profitability opportunities through personalized storytelling • Develop ROI/TCO models identifying value areas driven by new products, emerging trends, and market challenges • Enable pre- and post-sales teams through training, content development, and support • Partner with cross-functional teams to create unified value narratives and align internal stakeholders and external messaging • Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Observability Architects to define and articulate product and service value

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in value management, consulting, or engineering • Deep understanding of building quantitative and qualitative analyses • Ability to analyze complex data sets • Ability to create compelling customer-facing stories • Ability to communicate findings effectively to technical and executive audiences • Experience partnering with GTM leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly • Bonus: 3+ years of observability experience, preferably with open-source tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki • Bonus: Familiarity with the open-source landscape and community
