• Manage and administer broad-based and variable compensation programs • Deliver guidance and advisory services on compensation matters • Perform regular compensation benchmarking and participate in salary surveys • Support internal and external compensation offers • Train and enable People Team on compensation philosophy and strategy • Drive annual compensation review and equity planning processes • Provide analytical support and data analysis
🎯 Requirements
• Must be located in either Central or Eastern time zone in the US • 3-5 years experience in a global compensation role with broad-based, sales team, and executive compensation programs • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation preferred • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred • Excellent communication skills in all channels
