📋 Description

• Define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy with product managers • Develop competitive positioning and sales enablement collateral • Create reference architectures, implementation guides, and detailed product information • Own customer lifecycle campaigns including retention, upsell, and cross-sell • Conduct market and customer research on pain points, competition, and opportunities • Train go-to-market and sales teams on product capabilities and value • Deliver training and enablement for customer-facing teams • Teach product managers and engineers growth and demand concepts • Codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes • Produce hands-on content such as blogs, webinar outlines, and video scripts

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management • Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience • Passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies • Proven ability to drive complex projects from start to finish • Ability to articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers • Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously and as part of a team • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude • Comfort working with varied internal and external stakeholders • Strong product and technical curiosity for packaging, positioning, and messaging • Quantitative analytical skills for campaign performance and lifecycle metrics • Exceptional writing and communication skills • High “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
