📋 Description

• Guide organizations through onboarding, implementation, and expansion • Provide white-glove technical support, best practices, and proven strategies • Understand container orchestration in Kubernetes and troubleshoot Prometheus queries • Explain logs, metrics, and traces in complex technical environments • Deliver high-impact training and jumpstart engagements • Provide tailored technical consulting • Provide roadmap assurance and guide project execution • Align Grafana capabilities with customer architecture, goals, and constraints • Identify recurring issues and monitor support needs • Advocate for product improvements with internal teams • Lead functional workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions • Act as a key resource for Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams • Stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies • Advocate for standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Located in the Netherlands • 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques • Direct experience with observability (o11y) • Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack, including visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces • Preferably experience with Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo • Proven track record of successfully delivering customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers • Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and internal members • Kubernetes, including kubectl, Helm, and preferably Tanka • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and Azure • Ability to work with business executives, project managers, and IT development staff • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements • Ability to design solutions involving data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture
