📋 Description

• Join an early member of a high-growth Solutions Engineering team solving technical and customer problems • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers • Own technical customer engagement and help close high-velocity opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive-landscape feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation and create blog posts, videos, knowledge-base articles, and other enablement materials

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally located on the West Coast of the US • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience • Ideally experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills • Ability to work and collaborate with an international team remotely • First-class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate product value propositions and technical advantages • Enjoyment of solving technical challenges and creating customer solutions • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Self-motivation, initiative, and creativity
