📋 Description
• Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives from problem framing through rollout. • Own architecture of core Tempo components including ingestion, storage, and metrics generation. • Design APIs for better usability for humans and agents. • Drive operational excellence through SLOs and automation. • Mentor engineers to improve the team's skill level and code quality.
