• Provide analysis and recommendations to Footwear and Sales Leadership to develop optimized scheduling scenarios that maximize fleet utilization and customer service • Manage nationwide scheduling activities for approximately 25 Shoemobile trucks • Qualify scheduling requests and maintain Outlook and Csert/Csolve schedules • Monitor event success, forecast service frequency, and adjust schedules based on customer demand, prior event performance, and business requirements • Analyze scheduling data to identify anomalies, exceptions, and utilization trends • Recommend schedule adjustments to improve service efficiency, optimize service hours, and support DOT compliance • Partner with Shoemobile Services Managers, Sales partners, Service Coordinators, and Footwear Program Specialists to coordinate scheduling activities • Communicate scheduling changes proactively and support consistent service delivery across assigned markets • Synthesize utilization, service, and operational data to recommend truck deployment strategies, truck-location adjustments, and fleet-capacity changes • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes, reporting, and system functionality • Support company projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations support, scheduling, forecasting, route planning, data analysis, or a related operational environment • Knowledge of scheduling, routing, workforce management, calendar management, and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power BI, SharePoint, Csert/Csolve, or similar scheduling and analytical tools • Experience analyzing operational data and supporting scheduling decisions • Knowledge of data analysis and continuous improvement methods • Experience identifying operational issues and developing recommendations to improve scheduling efficiency and fleet utilization • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate operational activities, resolve scheduling issues, and support customer service objectives • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and for the foreseeable future • Position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future
