📋 Description

• Review commercial real estate scenarios for accuracy and practical relevance. • Provide expert input on feasibility studies, valuations, and market analysis. • Analyse commercial lease agreements and common contractual issues. • Develop realistic property management and transaction scenarios. • Explain commercial real estate concepts in clear written form. • Evaluate market trends, operating assumptions, and investment considerations. • Identify relevant legal or regulatory differences across key markets. • Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated content. • Collaborate remotely with project managers and other subject-matter experts.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in **commercial real estate brokerage, property management, valuation, or appraisal**. • Strong knowledge of commercial leases, feasibility studies, and property operations. • Experience with market analysis or commercial property valuation. • Ability to explain complex real estate concepts clearly in writing. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week.
