📋 Description

• Act as a servant leader and champion of agile and AI-enabled ways of working across the teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, data-driven decision-making, and responsible adoption of AI technologies to improve product delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. • Serve as the primary owner of the product backlog for 1–2 teams. Contribute to the creation and evolution of the enterprise roadmap in partnership with other product owners and engineering teams. • Prioritize backlog needs and balance scope, budget, and time at monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles. • Leverage AI-driven insights and engineering metrics to support planning, capacity forecasting, prioritization, and roadmap decisions. • Use AI-enabled tools to analyse delivery trends, identify bottlenecks, assess risks, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. • Leverage AI-powered analytics, predictive insights, and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making, prioritisation, capacity planning, risk assessment, and roadmap optimisation. • Utilize AI productivity tools to create stakeholder updates, reports, presentations, summaries, and actionable insights from engineering and operational data • Effectively communicate AI-generated insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Fulfill the primary product owner role in all agile ceremonies and facilitate workshops with users and agile teams to drive alignment and learning. • Introduce and champion effective tools and practices; proficiency in Jira and Aha! (preferred).

🎯 Requirements

• 2 -5 years of experience leading platform engineers through successful product deliveries in an Agile environment • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, documentation, reporting, backlog management, and stakeholder communications. • Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and automation opportunities that enhance engineering team effectiveness and business outcomes • Experience identifying opportunities to automate manual product management and operational processes using AI and workflow automation tools. • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and AI-generated insights to support decision-making and prioritization. • Proven experience using AI-powered tools to measure, analyse, and report software engineering KPIs. • Experience with global engineering teams, particularly with teams co-located in India and North America and/or Europe • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills for interacting with all internal organization, executives and business customer groups • Ability to serve as the technical leader of a distributed, collaborative, and extraordinarily skilled Cloud Ops engineers. • Experience training engineers in SDLC a plus • Certifications (nice to have): Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
