• B.Sc. Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or Related Engineering Degree and/or Technology Diploma/Certification • TUV Rhineland or Nord certification a plus • minimum of 3-5 years experience in a team-based environment, account management, and sales functions • strong knowledge of a sales process, and engineering design principles and processes relating to machine safety • have been involved in Machine Safety facet of automation projects • knowledge in project management, strategic pricing, and business strategy development • strong mentorship and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor the practice team • customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering an excellent client experience • adaptable, organized, and results driven
