📋 Description

• Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings into the product development lifecycle • Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research insights effectively • Advocate for users by presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and UX design • Develop and maintain a user research repository to track insights and inform future projects • Mentor and guide team members on user research methodologies and techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design) or equivalent experience • Proven experience in user research within a digital product environment • Strong knowledge of various research methods and tools (e.g., usability testing, surveys, analytics) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly • Experience with UX design principles and methodologies is a plus • Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, SurveyMonkey)
