• Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Bing, and other relevant platforms. • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth and optimization opportunities. • Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to align with client goals and maximize ROI. • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and strategy teams on ad copy testing, landing page experiments, tagging, conversion tracking, and performance reporting. • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement actionable optimizations. • Produce detailed performance reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations. • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging paid search best practices to maintain campaign competitiveness. • Demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• 2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency environment. • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups). • Experience managing large-scale budgets and B2B campaigns is a plus. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently within a distributed, remote team. • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
