📋 Description

• Enhance and streamline FP&A processes to drive operational efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, analytical tools and internal processes – establishing scalable foundation for future growth • Lead financial planning cycles, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and business objectives • Serve as trusted business partner by building strong cross-functional relationships with senior and Executive leadership to integrate financial insights into operational decisions and ensure alignment • Deliver comprehensive variance analysis of financial performance against forecast, budget and prior year; identify trends, risks and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to senior leadership • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business cases, strategic initiatives and investment decisions • Assist with month-end close review, validating the accuracy of financial transactions and partnering with the Accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity • Support M&A initiatives and post-acquisition integration, which include, but are not limited to synergy tracking, proforma P&L analysis and financial due diligence • Prepare and analyze standardized financial reports (e.g. income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, monthly closing reports, and management reporting) according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or other regulatory requirements • Contribute to ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives to support evolving business priorities and long-term organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field • 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance; SaaS experience a plus • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into actional recommendations • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, with focus on accuracy and continuous improvement • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining dynamic financial tools and reports • Strategic and inquisitive mindset with passion for process improvement and growth/development • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, exercising sound judgement and initiative • Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, NetSuite, Salesforce preferred)
