📋 Description

• Provide technically competent Loss Control Services in accordance with company policies • Manage a state-wide territory in Connecticut • Originates and manages all service account activities • Conducts surveys and services commercial risks for workers' compensation coverage • Conducts loss control services and training for customers • Participates in team activities to help retain accounts • Maintains specialized knowledge of company manuals, procedures, and relevant codes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 13+ years of loss control experience working for a major writer of workers' compensation insurance • Strong workers' compensation knowledge • Ability to conduct training programs and classes for clients • Basic knowledge of underwriting and product management skills • Broad knowledge of commercial lines of insurance coverage • Familiarity with engineering principles and safety standards • Strong consideration for industry designations (ARM, CPCU, etc.) • Extensive use of computers and software programs • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Progress toward a professional designation preferred (CSP, ARM, etc.)
